Unisex T-Shirt Prints
Product is made using Direct-To-Garment (DTG) printing technology on Bella+Canvas 3001 Unisex Jersey T-Shirt blanks. DTG uses inkjet technology to spray ink directly onto the fabric, allowing it to accurately reproduce photorealistic images, fine lines, gradients, and intricate details that are often difficult or impossible to achieve with traditional screen printing.
DTG uses water-based inks that are absorbed by the fabric's fibers (especially cotton). This results in a print that has a soft, smooth feel (or "hand") and is more breathable, especially when compared to the thick, plastisol-based inks often used in screen printing. The design feels like part of the fabric, not a layer sitting on top.
Bella + Canvas 3001 Unisex Jersey Tee is crafted with incredibly soft, proprietary Airlume combed and ring-spun cotton for printing ease and utmost comfort.
- Solid colors are 100% Airlume combed and ring-spun cotton
- Ash color is 99% combed and ring-spun cotton, 1% polyester
- Heather colors are 52% combed and ring-spun cotton, 48% polyester
- Athletic and Black Heather are 90% combed and ring-spun cotton, 10% polyester
- Heather Prism colors are 99% combed and ring-spun cotton, 1% polyester
- Fabric weight: 4.2 oz./yd.² (142 g/m²)
